The Russian State Duma has approved the 2006 budget of the Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund on the third and final reading. The revenues are estimated at RUR113.38bn (approx. USD3.949bn), while expenditures are expected to amount to RUR113.34bn (approx. USD3.948bn).
