The Jr. Analyst contributes to the timely and accurate preparation of the Company's financial reports. Hands-on
work assisting with the developing, preparing and reviewing the monthly internal reporting package. The Jr. Analyst is also responsible for assisting with ad hoc analyses and other
special projects and requests
1. Maintenance of Capital Projects spending, preparation of monthly reports.
2. Preparation of AFE.
3. Assist in the reconciliation and tracking of Capital expenditures.
4. Reconciliation of Projects spending accounts .
5. Assist in the Budgeting Process
6. Assist in the reconciliation and investigation of Departmental Variances.
7. Assist in determining number of full-time and contractor team members, as well as create a rolling labor forecast Headcount. Maintains of headcount report.
8. Reconciliation of Datamatics and internal Headcount reporting and payroll accounts .
9. Provide General support as required.
10. Maintain a centralized Action Items for all meeting and provide follow up and support for all task completion.
