Responsible for researching technical accounting application, including researching and interpreting existing and new accounting technical literature and its applicability. Maintains and updates corporate accounting policies and procedures. Provides analytical support of technical accounting guidance for the Mergers & Acquisition group. Maintains and updates Technical Accounting Memorandum documentation.
Responsible for researching technical accounting application, to include coordinating with Finance personnel in reviewing existing accounting technical literature and its applicability.
Coordinates with Finance personnel with regards to maintaining and updating corporate accounting policies and procedures. Oversees distribution of manual to subsidiaries and branches.
Develops periodic management reports for Division Management for interpretation of new technical guidance and applicability to TSYS.
